Overall the Henderson deserves a 5. There are a few things that need to be worked on like getting the guest in rooms on time. My daughters wedding was there this weekend and a lot of the guest had to wait long after the check in time to get in the room. They also need to keep the restaurant open more since you can’t just jump in your car and go. Now the good things are the food at the Henderson is amazing, the staff is super nice. Accommodations are top notch. The property is gorgeous and staff was more than friendly. Happy to say we found our home away from home.
Super fun resort, gorgeous beach and extremely friendly staff. Food is excellent and so is the service. The lazy river in the pool is legit.
So far the staff seems pretty incompetent. Horrible follow up. If this is any indication of the type of service I'd get if I stayed on property, it would be a nightmare.
