Excellent care! I was seen quickly and given good care. Tests were administered and redone when necessary. Iwss admitted and treated. All staff from security to doctors were caring and courteous. St Vincent's is the only hospital I want to use at this time.
Extremely rude triage nurse, been sitting here for over 3 hours with my girlfriend that has a serious head injuries and am still sitting in the waiting area!!!

CHARGE NURSE MAKING EXCUSES FOR OTHERS ACTIONS. NURSE GOT SMART SAYING SHE DID NOT GET A MEMO BUT WAS NOT THE TRIAGE NURSE IN THE FRONT AND SAID TO TAKE A DEEP BREATH. BROUGHT AN AUDIENCE WITH A WHEEL CHAIR AND THE REAL TRIAGE NURSE WAS COMING WITH THE STRETCHER THAT I REQUESTED. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE BEST HOSPITAL AFTER CARRAWAY CLOSED BUT THESE NASTY, RUDE NURSES HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF HAND HERE.
