While having a possibly serious medical emergency, I was treated with kindness and respect my entire stay. EVERY member of their staff I have come into contact with has been exceptional. They put up with my irrational urge to flee and put my mind at ease.
Brought someone mentally ill here who was threatening others and who we couldn't keep living with us. George B from the mental health department was patronizing and dismissive and said there was no reason to admit the person despite what we told him. We asked what the criteria was for admission and George B said that it isn't unless someone "acts" on threats...............at that point its police we need, not the hospital, so make it make sense.
Amazing staff
My daughter had her baby on 10/21/2025. As the actual “delivery experience “ went fine with her doctors and nurses, her departure from the hospital did NOT. She was released on 10/22/2025 with minor stitching. The aid/nurse/ whomever (I do have her name) that was SUPPOSED to transport her downstairs to the car, acted incredibly careless, dismissive, and down right mean. 1. leaving review on behalf of my family . Many years ago my niece had seizures and the ER staff was TERRIBLE at that time as my niece was actively seizing in my arms . Yesterday my mom was in ER and her my chart vitals are noted by the PA N.Grimm as STABLE however her blood pressure was 179/86. NO iv push meds were given to correct this . NO recheck of her blood pressure before discharge was noted either . This is NOT a stable blood pressure. This is a blood pressure that can cause a stroke !
