The care provided at this facility is entirely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to its stated Christian foundations. Rather than offering a therapeutic or healing environment, my experience here was profoundly damaging and resulted in heightened trauma. During my stay, I was subjected to a two-day placement in an isolation cell—a practice that felt less like psychiatric care and more like psychological duress.
