Very unpleasant staff, demeaning. Also, they lost my husband for hour and were confused regarding what procedure was being performed. Waiting room was pandemonium. No apologies were offered. But be sure and pay advance, or real trouble. I have never been treated like this a similar facility.
In a nutshell - The attention and care was overwhelming. Everyone we can in contact with during our visit was kind and helpful. We are blessed to have such excellent health care in our city. Saint Francis provides great service to our community. Thank you for taking such great care of my wife.

The folks here are so kind and efficient. They are the best about getting you in and out as soon as possible.
If I can get below I would. Nurse had a bedside manner of a porcupine. And the admission lady lied about how much it was going to be for the procedure, 700 dollars more than what was quoted. Extremely disappointed will never set foot in this place ever. Even if my life depends on it.
