My audiologist Callie Givens is FABULOUS!! The billing department all needs training. My insurance co had to send a demand letter to billing for a check for the over payment I made on my account. I received part of it. It's now 5 months since service & payment & not completed.
They could start out by listing a phone number that works and a registry of the Dr's and their phone numbers. I have an appointment with Dr. Campbell suite 700 and cannot find out if it is tomorrow or Thursday.
Quick. The staff was very kind and courteous.
They charged me $2600 for an MRI that I (unfortunately later) compared to Envision Imaging Center's price. Envision's price was $600. When I called St Francis billing to express my concern and ask for a reduction in my co-pay just based on principle, they refused. Just FYI.
Awesome place with awesome staff make you feel good about what ever procedures it is and just an amazing wonderful staff across the board
Have to share a story with you all. I had to have ultra sound test done this morning at the St Francis Imaging Center. After that I had to get a blood draw done for some tests. I had to mention I was going across the street and not looking forward to it because I have small and deep veins. She said there nurse Linda was very good in that area. I said why not save me a trip.
