For the last five hours I have been sitting with my Mother waiting on a transport to a SkilledNursing Facility. While the nurses have been nice, the sheer fact that it is now routine to make these transfers in the middle of the night is absurd and highly disturbing to a mind that is already having issues. Plus, there is absolutely zero compassion for the fact that for the family, this is one of the worst days ever to go through and to constantly be miscommunicated with, over promised, and then threatened with self pay if ano... read more
