i was hoping this hospital would do a turn a round on cleanliness...still dirty...smh...then there’s no tissue in the bathroom just paper towels...smh it’s a hospital for heavens sake...
We love St Francis Bartlett and we had the best experience there when we had our daughter, however we will NEVER recommend this place to anyone as long as Jeff Faust is an employee there. When he worked at CVS He held up my daughters medicine and said “hey look, I have your daughters medicine and you can’t have it” and then he threw it on the ground behind the counter. When his boss made him call me to apologize he lost his temper again and cussed me out and threw down the phone. And this loose cannon is working inside this ... read more

was in the ER last night and it was the worst experience ive ever had. one week ago i suffered second degree burns when a vape exploded in my pocket unexpectedly. i have never been injured before and have been in high pain which couldnt be managed with over the counter medicine so i followed my doctors instruction and went to the closest ER since i couldn't make it to the burn unit at the med . the experience was unpleasant from beginning to end. 4 hour wait when it was supposed to be 2 hours. the nurses were very rude and l... read more
