We visited the ER Thursday, August 15th, there was blood on the bed frame in FT23, that we cleaned off and Dr? With the Duck Dynasty beard with no net on it. Doesn’t seem to be very sanitary. Pretty sure we will not be going back there. Lyn Stewart friend of patient Jordan Frank
RecommendedWe took our toddler to the ER for a minor foot injury and everyone took great care of her! Jamie, NP and the triage team got her evaluated and checked in quickly, Cookie & Steve with radiology helped calm her down during her x-ray, and Dr. Branscomb had excellent bedside manner, especially for a pediatric patient. Kudos, ER!
I went to St. Francis Bartlett for a minor one day surgery. I was beyond amazed with the quality of care. The staff of nurses were extremely pleasant to interact with from intake to dismissal. I cant recall all the names of the nurses and nurse administering the anesthesia, but all their positive and uplifting attitudes were contagious in a very good way. I know people have bad days, but you could not pick up on it if they were. Dr. Mohammad Saddiq was awesome as well, great bedside manners.
Amazing experience with the icu ❤️ those nurses give 110% to their patients and it shows!!
Had a wonderful experience almost 3 years ago, I loved labor and delivery and the care I received! Just received a bill that I was sent to collections for my daughters birth in 2016 because no matter how many people I have spoken to on the phone they still can’t figure out how to bill my insurance. When I receive a bill, then I call and don’t hear anything for months I assume all is taken care of.
