thieves. liars. and the upper staff does nothing about how the other staff treats people
Business response:
That is definitely not the impression we want you to have of our facility. If you have more information on the problem, please send us a direct message.
The staff is racist, rude, judgemental and incompetent!!! They are slow for no reason other than there is no structure or leadership in this facility. I was treated horribly and threatened by Rn Carey and Memory. And Scott was no help either and security made two situation worse. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!
Business response:
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, Jalynn. This isn’t the experience we want you to have and we will address with the appropriate staff. Will you send us a direct message including your contact information and more details about your visit?
If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT send them to St. Francis Hospital Bartlett. My mother was hospitalized April 7th, as she was having blood clots and needed to find out why. Of course, we couldn't visit her due to Covid restrictions, but managed to talk on the phone to a nurse once a day. I have no idea what the quality of care was from the nurses, as we couldn't visit. What I did find alarming is that each day that I spoke to my Mom, she sounded like she was de-compensating measurably. When I was finally able to spe... read more

I had a procedure about about a week ago, at your facility and the staff of this hospital was friendly and helpful. I have had some stays at other hospital and the service at St Francis Bartlett was above all others. From the security all the way to my attendant helping me to my vehicle was extremely caring and helpful. I was home a few days and someone called to check on me. I would like to say thank you to everyone at this hospital for your assistance during this stressful time. You are truly the the best caregivers I have... read more

Thank you for your positive feedback, Tommy! We love hearing that the staff took such great care of you.
In the past, the employees seemed cold and uncaring, but this stay on the Cardiac unit has been different. The staff members here are polite and kind and thoughtful, as far as patient care. My issue this time is a simple one: My 85-y-o Mom is a big Braves fan and they are in the play-offs right now, but Mom hasn't been able to watch b/c she can't find out if the TV stations available here show "THE game". Apparently no one in this hospital can get her a listing of the TV stations available to her. Sounds really hard, huh? I ... read more

Your feedback matters to us, Roberta. We will look into this and get back to you.
I very seldom put anything much on here that’s bad but today is different. My mom who is 89 years old was transported by ambulance, Priority Ambulance Service, from Covington TN to St Francis Hospital Bartlett. The ambulance service asked for her Drivers License and Insurance cards. We gave them trusting we would get them back with no issues, after all these are personal documents you think would be carefully handled. Guess what Priority blames the loss of them on St Francis and St Francis blames Priority. It makes me so ang... read more
Worst hospital ever, people’s wallets, shoes all come up missing. And not one person in charge gives a crap.

I would drive anywhere but St Francis Bartlett!!! My mother was admitted on Saturday August 1 and thats when the nightmare began!! She was diagnosed with Pneumonia and her condition worsened in 2 days and she had to be resucitated and put on a ventilator by Monday, 8/3. Had my brother not called on Monday evening begging the nurse to please check on my mother im not sure she would be here. The nursing staff was rude and incompetent. I took my complaints to Executive leaders, directors and even tried filing a patient grievanc... read more

Incompetent staff and theft of personal items of deceased patients. Shame on you. I do hope more people will file formal complaints and charges against this corruption.
