I came into St. Francis Hospital Bartlett location and checked in, within 10 minutes I was called back and checked out. The staff was very courteous and patient with me. I was really sick and the staff took very good care of me. I was so sick I was there for a week in the step down unit all the nurses took very good care of me and was very kind and patient with me. Yall killed my sister! Yall pick and choose who you consider important. I know yall don't like people that have to have state insurance. Constantly had to get someone for her because nobody is attentative there. AND SHE WAS ON ICU FLOOR! HORRIBLE! I know first hand yall and the respiratory therapist caused her heart to flatline because we had someone sitting right there w her and she doing ok.
Here in the ER for over 6 hrs. I understand busy but this is beyond unacceptable. This is for a patient with mental issues and needs evaluation. I hope someone reads this snd reaches out because no one should be treated this way especially someone that needs mental health assistance

The staff is racist, rude, judgemental and incompetent!!! They are slow for no reason other than there is no structure or leadership in this facility. I was treated horribly and threatened by Rn Carey and Memory. And Scott was no help either and security made two situation worse. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!

If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT send them to St. Francis Hospital Bartlett. My mother was hospitalized April 7th, as she was having blood clots and needed to find out why. Of course, we couldn't visit her due to Covid restrictions, but managed to talk on the phone to a nurse once a day. I have no idea what the quality of care was from the nurses, as we couldn't visit. I had a procedure about about a week ago, at your facility and the staff of this hospital was friendly and helpful. I have had some stays at other hospital and the service at St Francis Bartlett was above all others. From the security all the way to my attendant helping me to my vehicle was extremely caring and helpful. I was home a few days and someone called to check on me. In the past, the employees seemed cold and uncaring, but this stay on the Cardiac unit has been different. The staff members here are polite and kind and thoughtful, as far as patient care. My issue this time is a simple one: My 85-y-o Mom is a big Braves fan and they are in the play-offs right now, but Mom hasn't been able to watch b/c she can't find out if the TV stations available here show "THE game". Apparently no one in this hospital can get her a listing of the TV stations available to her. Sounds really hard, huh? I ... read more
