Today my doctors seem to be deaf can't get my meds like I should be. Very unhappy with today's lack of progress.
Came by Ambulance with hypoglycemia and in my confusion I had also hit my head. Terrible service. Was just given a CT that was it. Was constantly getting sick and had a terrible headache. When asked for some medicine to ease my head was told by the Nurse that the doctor had already gone and I was discharged. That was it, had to ask for transport out to exit. The Registration guy was very good though. Later went to Methodist Germantown where was discovered I had a concussion.
I have seen the same Dr twice and the experience was not good both times. How does a automobile accident patient not require a x-ray. When you complain of a extreme headache, neck and collar pain and you not order a x-ray. Julie Rodgers MD has to be the best dressed dr I've seen. I think it is unprofessional no examination. I dare not play the race card.
Take my advice --- if you have to go to a hospital, keep driving past St. FRANCIS Bartlett and go on to Merhodist Germantown. They are coordinated at Methodist Germantown and run a tight ship, and one person knows what the other is doing. At St. Francis Bartlett, that is not the case.
Day are good hospital.
