I have always been treated very well from the time I walked the door I have had several Ct and the nicest Technicians where very nice and patient. I would recommend anyone to go to the Bartlett location.
It would b a whole lot better if each floor had a refrigerator where the coke n snack machine are......if u bring cold food to love ones than u have to turn right back around n take it home n bring it back......all I can say is U NEED TO UPDATE that
The staff, for the most part, was friendly but I would say that there are some cracks in procedure. I was told that my meds were called in to the Walgreen's I frequent and when my wife got there (in the snow) she was informed that nothing was called in....when I called St Francis, I was told that they don't call meds in. There is a serious breakdown in communication between administration, nursing staff and patience. For me, I believe that any future visits will be to Baptist East.
The er staff was amazing but got admitted at shift change and the new nurse Ashley was so rude and hateful, i told her dont come back in my room to get another nurse. She literally bobbed (u know how when girls get mad and do their head when they talk) and took a step toward me and did the same thing to my daughter. Idk where u hired this chick from. The nurse manager came in and i told him the same thing....a few minutes later ashley comes back into my room with my meds and i told her to leave and she is witholding my medic... read more
It was very nice clean and I love all my nurses and nurse assistant. Give it a ten for all the staff that took care of me thumbs up St Francis Bartlett yes
