Great service from the nurse and doctor. Friendly environment,very informative concerning my health,everything done in a timely manner,Xray technician was very nice. Check in help desk staff nice.
I have been in and out of various hospitals for different things all of my life.... especially as a mother of 5 children between the ages of 3-7.... This by far is one of the friendliest most calm hospital... With the most amazing people on staf I have ever been to... Very fast and patient and they all have incredible bedside manor... If there was a rating for zero stars I would give it to them! No one with severe chest pain should have to wait 4 hours in the waiting room of the emergency room and watch people who arrived after they did get checked in and discharged! I have been here since 3pm and still have not been seen for chest pain and to top it off as I'm walking (to farthest room in the back!) I walk past at least five empty rooms. Had the most amazing nurses during my day there! Was nervous since I had never had surgery but they were so kind and helped ease my fears! Excellent care from pre-op, to surgery, to recovery!!
I know this hospital has a good reputation for customer service. I had a non-invasive Upper GI this morning. The whole procedure was incredibly good. The check-in staff the techs the doctor. The volunteer. Everything was perfect. I was in and out within 75 minutes.
Horrible experience. Arrived in ER at noon By 2:00 pm had an x-ray that determined admission to the hospital. Was told that they would have a shift change at 3:00 and then we could get a room! Amazing disrespect! Was finally taken to a room at 10:00 pm. Was in ER for TEN hours...TEN! The worst experience with a hospital. They do not respect their patients or patients caregivers. Do your self a favor and stay away from this facility. They will not respect you or your time!
No one is on the same page !!! When did it become the responsibility of the family to make sure they get their meds on time and everything else !!! They were suppose to get impatient physical therapy done yesterday and the order doesn't get put in til 2am this morning !!! They need to get their sh*t together!! No wonder ppl get sue happy on hospitals !!!!
