We had to come in today because my 5 year old son broke his arm. He ended up being transferred to Lebonheur. Every single person we encountered, from the front desk, to security, housekeeping, nurses, X-ray techs, doctors....I mean everyone went above and beyond. My 4 month old baby was with us and since we left in a frenzy I forgot her diaper bag and bottle. Then nurses helped get me some formula samples to feed her even. I had outpatient surgery yesterday at this facility. Every single staff member treated me with such great care and kindness that is very rare in healthcare settings these days. Thank you to each and everyone of you I came in contact with. You made yesterday's experience easier for this patient!
The nurses are very rude the hospital is nasty they don't clean the rooms you wait in ER for 6 to 8 hours to get a room they are not what I expected. I don't appreciate no one being rude or hateful with my mom.
