Out patients Department - very bad service. My wife was sent for blood test. after registering (no one was in the lobby ) we were told we will be called shortly ( I did not know shortly means over an hour) After 30 minutes I asked how long, I was told well staff was in departmental meeting and it should be over in 5 minutes. After another 20 minutes I asked them I was told you will be called in 5-10 minutes. RecommendedJust had surgery today and Same Day Surgery staff, Pre-op hold nurse Jo, anesthesia staff, and recovery room staff were so awesome and took fantastic, loving care of me! Being an employee there we always like to think we provide great care and I witnessed it first hand!!Special thanks to Donna, Jo, Megan, and Olivia, and Pam, who were directly involved in my care. Thanks for everything!!
