I had no issues. Did not have to wait forever in the emergency room. Was seen quickly and had emergency surgery. The doctors and nurses are amazing! Will definitely come here from now on!

Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly,and ready to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I was on the 2nd floor and my nurses from Morning to Evening shift were awesome! a special thanks to Natassia RN., Maude, RN and nurse Claire.

The service here was VERY VERY POOR! My friends and I were visiting the Memphis area when one of them fell very ill. As we approached the front desk the clerk had an attitude before she even opened her mouth. The triage nurse was not at all compassionate nor concerned about any of the people that approached her in anyway. My friend asked to lay down and was told to wait for a bed. Okay! My visit yesterday was great. It was a slow time and therefore I had no wait time. That was awesome although I would have been okay even if I had to wait. Everyone was wonderful to me. I enjoyed to X-ray dept. they were all happy light-hearted yet serious. There was a young woman in training and the staff were very informative with her. Dr. Hubert saw me with his assistant and was so gracious. He ask me if I'd like him to pray with me and he did! I was so thankful that he cared about the physical and the spiritual.
