To begin with, Dr. Criner is the absolute worst Director. He has no empathy, poor bedside manner, and treats you as though you are of alien decent. Its another doctor there whom is very similar to Dr. Criner, horrible,to which I am unsure of his name, while knowing his face vividly. To explain, one instance I came in and Criner didn't even see me. I was in triage. He brought me a script for ultram and walked out.
