Worst Hospital visit in my 52 years! Discharged my wife in excruciating pain. She was weeping it hurt so bad. They ruled out heart issue but refused to test or treat for what is obviously a musculoskeletal problem Driving her 3 hrs back to Columbia in tears a writhing in pain Avoid this hospital at all costs!!

The customer service was great ! The nursing department seemed very concerned when he was transported to the ER hospital from SpringGates Rehabilitation Center they started on him right away to see what was wrong with him . They also answer all my concerns about my grandson health condition . Thank you St.Francis Great job !

RecommendedDon't know where the negative comments come from. I guess people that expect instant service like it's McDonald's. I've been to ER here before and was treated super. Was in Nuclear Medicine last week and Mike Ditto and crew could not have been better and more accommodating. Made me feel like I was being taken care of by family. Was in yesterday for heart cath and want to say a huge Thanks to Linda, Olivia and May. Room nurses that were not only great at their job but put me at ease in a stressful situation.
