As a new patient to the doctor, I was surprised and happy when he took 45 minutes to an hour for my initial interview and examination. I have never had a doctor give me such undivided attention. I felt valued as a patient. I value him as my new doctor
I wish I could say we had any kind of positive experience, however not only did we never get to see the doctor but due to an unexpected issue on their part they never bothered to call and let us know they had changed the location of the appointment to an office an hour and half away, only after calling them the day of the appointment did we get that info; not to mention emailing us someone else’s medical information which is a HIPPA violation.
