Unfortunately an error was made with a prescription. It took a week and a multitude of phone calls and its still not rectified. What does it take to get someone that will actually be helpful? I laugh when I see that commercial, "I'm right here.". Signed the patients wife, Leigh Anne Preston
The ER triage at both Edgewood and Florence are completely incompetent. Waiting over 4 hours in the waiting room for heart attack like symptoms, meanwhile a lady with a foot injury that could still walk and got here after us was called back first.
I.was.abused and my ACL sprained after going in for a.75 point.sugar drop. I have had all injuries documented by an unaffiliated hospital. I was improperly restrained after being intentionally triggered by a nurse upset out a past incident that actually was mental health related. Do NOT take anyone with mental illness here. They will be abused and then held responsible for what happens when the staff triggers their mental illness. I was there for diabetes, not mental illness but was punished for a past mental illness episode... read more

RecommendedMy general practitioner Donald Price and my therapist Lisa Arrasmith are the best. Both care about both my physical well being as well as my mental health. Both are very friendly and professional
Nurse Barbie on the 4th floor walked into my father in laws room and told him he was going to die today. She treated him harshly and was very rough with him. When my husband approached her, outside of the room, she said, she only told him he was dying. Then, she said she was going to call security. There were 3 witnesses to her actions, 2 were nurses themselves. Completely appalling.
I have officially lost my faith in St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Unfortunately there's no point in complaining because nobody will ever do anything about it... It's EXTREMELY unfortunate that this horrible company has taken over NKY!!
what kind of joke are you trying to pull. you have my wife in the ER NOW. SHE IS UNDER 72 HOUR HOLD. YOU ARE NOT GIVING HE MEDICINE. YOU ARE NOT HELPING HER IN ANY WAY. JUST RUNNING UP A BILL. EVERY SINCE YOU GOT CONNECTED WITH THAT SUN BEHAVIOR FOR MENTAL CARE YOU QENT TO CRAP.
Dr. William Hammons is a horrible primary care physician. He is rude, dismissive and actually has no intent in managing your primary care. He will pawn you off on specialists at his first chance, and mysteriously not follow thru on the results. Do you know what they call the guy who graduated at the bottom of his class in medical school? “Doctor.” Do not trust your care, or the care of a loved one to this man.
