Went to the ER in January because I woke up unable to breath. Reported chest pain and shortness of breath, and was left in the waiting room for 20 minutes before being put in a room. Apparently I arrived during shift change, and was forgotten about for another half hour or so. The doctor overseeing me walked out on me twice when we were trying to explain or understand what was happening. He rolled his eyes because I have a history of mental illness. went to ER and was given a medicine I am allergic to and it says so in my chart and I was asked by the receptionist if I have any allergies I said yes and what med it was. but noone asked after that I assumed they all knew. When I left I seen on my paper what med I was given and it was the exact med I told them I am allergic to. I was wearing the bright red allergy alert bracelet also. St E is the most negligent rude uncaring hospital that kills people.
St E West Primary Care Is the best family practice.. always a cooperative staff and Doctors.. very grateful for my many years of good health due to there commitment to care!
My wife has been, and is a patient there, currently, and she's been lying in pain for several hours, pain meds have been ordered, but no one will come in....her nursing staff has been in a total of 4 times since 11:30AM today.........she was given the green light to eat, around 6:30, and no one ever came to take her dinner order, and they closed at 8:00, she was given a turkey sandwich, which is fine, but, to pretty much ignore a patient for that long and for so many different things is a bit sad and upsetting
I am a patient of St.Elizabeth Physicians Florence,Kentucky. I have been going there since 1981. I have always received the very best in care. My current physician is Dr. Elizabeth Velazquez and she is a wonderful and caring doctor. She has gone out of her way many times to help me through problems. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Velazquez to everyone.
