Charles was awesome. I've worked with several loan officers over the years, but none was as knowledgeable as he. Additionally, he was able to beat every competitive bid I brought him, and I even put him through allowing other mortgage bankers look at his rate sheet. None could even come close, and one even told me to "take that deal, I can't touch it..." I would not hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him. Respectfully **** Revis ********* **

Charles is a pleasure to work with. He got me a great rate, was attentive to detail and quick in responding and following up. He is very personable and gave some good recommendations and info regarding the area our house is in and gave references to local insurance agents etc. His rates are competitive versus the big box companies and you will get a personalized experience that is hard to beat. The whole process went smooth without delays and a closing within 30 days that took 30 minutes to complete.
