Charles, Drew and Janet with SCM are professional, polite and are ALWAYS there for you. I had some last minute questions when I refinanced my home loan and Drew took the time to explain everything to me in a way I understood. They somehow make the whole process stress-free.. We could have not asked for a better lender to get us through our home buying process.
