Saint Charles Mortgage is an outstanding company. Charles went over and above to extend our locked-in rate until our new house was completed. The Builder extended the completion date twice and Charles stayed on top of things until we closed; funded with the initial great rate he negotiated. His assistant Janet was also awesome to work with. She ensured that I submitted all documents required during the process. I highly recommend Saint Charles Mortgage.
