Highly recommend. Charles held my hand through the whole process and was there 24/7. Saved money too!!!!
Working with Saint Charles Mortgage was amazing!!!! They made the process very simple and painless and were very professiinal. They were on top of everything and very easy to get a hold of if u had a question about something or they would get back to you in a very timely manner. I would definately reccomend them if you are trying to buy a home. If I purchase another home in the future I wont use anyone else but them.

My wife and I had set forth to buy a home with *** ********. We found out our interest rate was 4.75 percent, a mo. Pmt of 1476 and we had to bring 9,300 dollars to closing. That wasn?t an issue but the feeling of incompetence was. So I googled lenders and found St. Charles Morgtage. He ran the numbers and came back with a 3.75 percent interest rate and only 5700 to closing with a 1300 pmt.
