After viewing a number of homes with our realtor, my wife and I both walked into a new build where we both simultaneously looked at each other and said “this is the one.” As it was new build, the builder’s agent spoke of these amazing incentives if we finance through their lender. I worked with Charles and Janet recently to close on a home. They’re very quick to respond to questions and made themselves available outside of regular business hours, which is very appreciated in the fast world of real estate.
