We bought a St. Aubyn home in 2012 and moved in in 2013. We have had considerable problems with the concrete in the back patio and the front porch. The front porch has sunk and needs to be mud or foam jacked. The experts have told us that the porch was not properly prepped and built. Most of their warranty work has been good, but be sure to check the patios and porches for shoddy work. Several of our neighbors are having similar issues and are frustrated with St. Aubyn homes.
Purchased Saint .Aubyn home 3 Mo ago at Winding walk. All my communication was long distance. As it got close to closing all requests I have made were declined. Some were very simple like change the fridge .During walk through were several things that needed attention and 3 months later still not corrected. Windows in house are not insulated, wind comes through. Warranty dept told me they need to be cleaned??? This is new house. Cold air comes through baseboard. If I could leave 0 stars I would! STAY AWAY from Saint Aubyn homes, unless you want to live in a poorly constructed home and deal with the most unprofessional warranty people out there. We built a home in Meridian Ranch a little over a year ago and even before we moved in we had MANY issues with the builder and their contractors. Tim is the warranty person for this area; don't hold your breath if you want something fixed.
