An ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE experience tonight with two of the nurses at check in and triage. Brought my mom in who is now having emergency surgery over 5 hours later. They kept rolling their eyes at my mom when I was asking for help because I brought her in screaming with pain. I mean, really bad attitudes. After a car accident I asked to be taken here. Back of my head and middle back was extremely painful. Sat in lobby in huge neck brace for approx 7 hrs hey did a CT & X-ray. Doctor never examined me. Sent me home. Next day my head was still hurting, ringing in the ears had stopped so I looked at my discharge and there was nothing about them checking my head. I called in and was told that there was nothing about my head in the notes. It said “if you develop a severe headache come in”. She told me to come in. This should be ill... read more

The staff is rude. They keep hanging up on me and they keep me on hold forever. All i want is to add my brother to the list so he can call for info and theyre being assholes. The operator and sum nurse named ruby are being dicks. Fuck this place. They cant even get a simple transfer of information from the previous hospital my dad was in. Theyre making us do everything we already did at UCSF. they need to work on their system and they need to be nicer. We all have sick loved ones there and they act like they dont care.
