Great experience!! ALL staff, from security, to reception, to technicians, were extremely friendly and helpful - willing to go the extra mile to ensure excellent patient service. I worked in the medical field in the capacity of hospitals for 10 years and would hope that after my procedures are complete and I'm able to work again that I could work for such a wonderful establishment!! Im live in Bakersfield came to Clovis for a job hurt my knee and got an infection came here with no insurance they took care of that helped me with my paperwork etc. Every nurse every doctor, transporter, custodian and staff from nutritionists has been top notch ive been here 13 days and they all have made my stay more than comfortable all have been friendly have engaged with many in small chit chat and friendly conversation.......special thanks to Dr. Richardson......and I love the menu! I went to outpatient surgery. The nurses and anesthesiologist were so sweet and attentive. Somehow they knew I was getting nauseous before I knew myself. The whole staff was very nice.

Awesome service....my daughter went in for appendicitis and they took EXCELLENT care of her! We have previously had insurance which took us to St. Agnes E.R. and Adventist Health E.R. in Hanford...Clovis is by and far the best in the region! From emergency to pre-op to surgery to post-op, they were all great! a And they followed up, something most hospitals don't!
Went to imaging department. Very little wait, got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Only complaint, the parking designated for visitor and patient parking was full of employees and had a very hard time finding a space.
Evey time I visit they show love! I feel like the value the visitors, patients and staff. They have awesome bedside manner and get ppl skills. I love my experience.
Don't go there anymore waited 6 hours still not seen a gentleman came in by ambulance wheeled in to waiting room to wait 2 elderly women laying on chairs to week to to sit up been there 11 hours little girl throwing at least 4 times 1 time on floor had to ask for someone to clean up unsanitary this happened all while we waited not a very good way to run an ER was told only 1 doctor on duty �
My wife called ahead and ask if I could sit in the car. They said yes once I checked in. I walked to the counter and was in a room within 15 minutes.
