From the moment I walked into the ER last Saturday, the entire staff was incredible! Professionalism on a whole other level! My hemoglobin and platelets were dangerously low and BOTH were assessed quickly! I’m am very grateful that Clovis Community hires such knowledge professionals! The RN staff on the 5th floor have been phenomenal! And the food service, cause you know it is hospital food, delicious! Really surprised that “hospital” food was first rate! My fiance was flown in from Sequoia national Park today around 4:30 and I had talked to atleast 3 nurses about him and his condition and now all of the sudden no one under his name was ever flown in or even has a record of being there. How does a hospital lose a whole person who has nothing with them to contact anyone? And he is still missing.

Dirty floors in patient rooms invite MRSA stash infections! Patient and his girlfriend had sex in same room as another patient I am visiting! Nurses do absolutely nothing about it. In fact their answer was to give my loved one who shares a room headphones so he couldn't hear them having sex! I am taking a mop and disinfectant in with me now to mop the floor myself. My loved one now has a staph infection!
