Clovis Community ER used to be amazing... the employees are so rude... my mom popped her knee out of place and she is sitting here in pain. The nurse handling vitals never called her up and when we asked her way of dealing with it was saying she’s low on the totem pole . Spoke to the main triage nurse who thankfully dealt with and the rude attitude. She then responds to him oh well I guess I skipped them. So sad when staff members can’t seem to get it together. Injured my leg at work today and ended up in the ER. Even though they were swamped with patients the ER staff all had great attitudes and were always smiling, checking on patients to make sure they were comfortable and doing ok. This is my 2nd visit to CRMC both times were great experiences, thank you for all you do keep up the great work and great attitudes.

This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to, the staff in delivery and the NICU are amazing....My family is grateful that they took excellent care of our baby Madilyn Rodriguez on 12-21-2017... thank you all for your care and support.
