Came in around 11 pm on Thursday (4/21) and it's almost 5 am on friday (4/22) still in the waiting room waiting to hear from the dr. Had vitals taken for the second time now, as well as only going into triage around midnight between Thursday and friday. Asked how many people where ahead of me and was told 10 asked again then was told 18 and that I was put into a different group so that's why so many people where ahead. Nurses sit around and joke while the emergency room piles up. It is always dirty in the ER waiting room with bloody gauze and food wrappers or used blankets laying around. The nurses are horrible at triaging patients causing amazing wait times. People that come in vomitting just sit in waiting rooms around other people without being quarantined. The docs treat everyone like drug seekers. What was the point of expanding the ER department of you can't handle the patient flow. This place is ridiculous.

Horrible experience at this hospital!! We were there for 12 hrs and the only response I got was "We only have 1 Dr. tonight" are you fucking kidding me!! And to top it all of the staff was the rudest persons I ever met! One of the RN's had the fucken nerve to go tell a Pt to be quite when we could all tell she was in really horrible pain and puking her poor brains out!! It's was completely horrible! Never again will I put a family member or even my self in that situation! At the end we ended up walking out!

Waited in your er 4 hours left and when to another hospital to find out I was having a heart attack and had a pulmonary embolism. Thanks

I understand waiting anywhere from 5 to maybe 8 hours to be seen but 17 hours and counting!! Since 6am the next morning being told you are next and others are going to the back b4 you...no beano! My mom is 62 years old she came in for chest pain they took her in back to take some test but come on call her in back give results and let her go home!!! Called to complain and they said there is not enough room...??? Really? So clovis community does not have the compacity to comfort these people they don't have enough physicians t... read more

Boyfriend came in with 2 clearly broken ankles, sat for 5 hours (and counting) with no help, medication, ice, etc. Calling this place an Emergency Room is a joke, I haven't seen a single person here treated like they had an emergency.

Don't go to the ER here. The wait time is the worst I've ever experienced and I've been to quite a few unfortunately. Waited almost 11 hours for an x-ray and results. Horribly mismanaged patient flow and/or massively understaffed. Avoid!
