RecommendedSailboat bay has great amenities especially the dog park! There are always lots of well behaved dogs there. We have been here for about 4 months and everyone is so friendly and helpful!

I have been living here for almost two years now and I love its quiet they are fast when you need something done I would recommend living here.
Everything about this place is great, the leasing process was smooth, move in was quick! This is a pet friendly community with quiet neighbors! The complex has a direct access to Lynn Lake and the trail it offers! It has a onsite pool, tennis court and soon to be dog park. The complex is 10 minutes from the Crabtree Valley Mall and within 7 minutes of a Target, Harris Teeter, Stein Mart, Starbucks, Outback, Jersey Mikes and a Jiffy Lube!
