Extremely deceptive dealership. I found the car advertised on Craigslist for $25,000, only to discover at the dealership that they had added a mandatory $1,500 LoJack charge. Even worse, they buried it under the “taxes” section instead of clearly disclosing it. I walked out and didn’t buy the car. Advertising one price and secretly adding $1,500 is dishonest and unacceptable. Buyer beware.
Had my car serviced and they found a safety issue that I was unaware of. They had it resolved immediately. Great service crew and parts dept did a great job getting my parts there in a timely manner.
