Sage infusion has been extremely helpful with the service I need at this time. I also like that I can bring some with me for support will I am being treated.

Excellent service. All the team members were very professional and accessible. My infusion care nurses gave me and offered all the support needed without me asking. I have ADA accommodations. I am so grateful that you opened a Sage Center near our home, I know there will be a lot of patients like me willing to receive service in Sage.

This office has a cash-pay policy where patients are charged the full amount, even when the office is an in-network provider with your insurance. They also require the patient to submit the insurance claim themselves. In my case, I was charged $172 for medication. After I submitted the claim, my insurance determined that my responsibility should have only been $18. Despite this, Sage has refused to refund me the difference. My concern is that in-network providers have contractual obligations to properly bill insurance for co... read more
