Horrible customer service. Take my advice and don’t waste your valuable time they are not worth it. Unprofessional and only want to sell you additional plans and services that’s not covered on your insurance plan. They have no respect of your time. I will never recommend Sage Dental to my worst enemy. Sage dental need to be removed off the participant list for my insurance plan or any insurance plan. I rate them a negative star.

I do not recommend Sage for implants. After multiple teeth were extracted they failed to provide me with a viable temporary bridge (as promised) in order that I could chew & maintain a healthy diet. Today marks day number 370 without the ability to chew solid food; salads; fruits; or vegetables. This has resulted in medical complications. Now they will not even give me an appointment claiming they have to figure out what to do because my dentist is retiring. They have failed to meet the standard of care.
a day ago Went in on 8/2019 for a crown. 9/24/2020 my crown moved and applied pressure to my crown. They schedule a appointment for me to see a specialist then called and said that my tooth was compromised and I needed a root canal. I asked how they could determine that without me going to a specialist? no response. Dr. Jaffe is not a specialist and in my option does not know what he's talking about. I had a emergency visit to a dentist while out of town and they confirmed I did not need a root canal and my crown was comprom... read more
