A little disappointed with my psychiatrist Dr.Salary at this office. I have trialed three different ADHD medications. She was supposed to prescribe a new medication for the ADHD and now another week has passed by where (for the second time) she has forgotten to send the medication. I needed to speak with one of the counselors...(Carleen), left an urgent message and guess what...NO RESPONSE. If they're this bad at returning calls, I worry about how they are when it comes to more serious duties. Very unprofessional staff. From the moment I walked in, I had to ring for help and then I had to wait far past my appointment’s start time. Krystal was also extremely unprofessional; she had an attitude the entire appointment and made answering my questions difficult. And good luck getting ahold of any medical records or information in a timely manner. I would not recommend this office for anyone.
This place is horrible when it comes to treatment of children and cousling therpist is god awful so rude to the children
