Very unprofessional staff. From the moment I walked in, I had to ring for help and then I had to wait far past my appointment’s start time. Krystal was also extremely unprofessional; she had an attitude the entire appointment and made answering my questions difficult. And good luck getting ahold of any medical records or information in a timely manner. I would not recommend this office for anyone.

I have had two therapists at SAFY over the past year and I have had nothing but exceptional care. Not for a second did I feel judged for sharing my beliefs and experiences. The counselors here are absolutely qualified and offer their services for those in need. Life is hard as a human being; I'm 26 and just trying to make it in the world. Talk therapy is only beneficial and should not be stigmatized. Til now, I haven't been able to afford therapy and life is harder when you have to go through everything alone. I couldn't be more disappointed in this place. Their counselor Carlene is clearly biased and she let her bias be known when I called to say I wouldn't be in and that the session would have to be done remotely. The director(Judy Lester) picks up the phone tells Carleen that I wouldn't be in and she yells in the background "I WANT HIM HERE!". I was astounded that actually happened and what's even more shocking and appalling is that she did so freely knowing the director was standing right next to her!!! I've brought this up to... read more
