RecommendedWonderful/Friendly customer service from walking in the door till the moment I left. Mr D. Yates was my technician and I can’t tell where a rock chipped my windshield. He did such a great job as well as swapping out my wipers for me.

I would not recommend Safeltie to anyone, ever. I had an appointment scheduled with a 5 hour window, they called near the end of it saying it'd be another 2 hours, which would be 8:00 at night. They still did NOT come and then did not call, text or leave me a message. IT gets better the techs voicemail was full and he would not even return a text, then no correspondence the next day either yet I get an email to rate my experience. RecommendedI had a rock chip on my windshield. They fixed it in about 30 minutes. You can not see were the chip was at.
Arrived at the shop 15 minutes early and was taking care of right away and service time was an hour like explained. The problem is once I started to drive my car I started to hear a rattling noise on the driver side. Called customer care and was told the sound should go away within 24hrs, ok cool. Get home and look at my windshield, noticed that the driver side doesn't look sealed at the way like the passenger side.
