The customer service was exceptional. Kareen was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me do all the paperwork and to actually move-in. I was lucky to have her and Ramone’s help at the facility at NW 36th st and NW 5th av in Miami. Thank you.
