Just recently moved into a storage unit here. Super easy to get all set up to access the unit. Excellent customer service experience with Sheila!
Jim, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful and the facility was always clean. The only reason we moved out of there was because we moved to a different town.
Darien IL location. Great manager, Jim, on site, helpful and friendly. Clean facility with easy and safe access. Good pricing on units.
The only good thing about this company is its employees Jim & Sheila who work at the Lemont Rd location and work really hard & deserve a raise. Otherwise this company is a rip off. We were charged $300 a month for a 10x15 . We had been customers since 2022 and the HQ wouldn’t give us the time of day. DONT go here!! I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give half a star! STAY AWAY!
