Place is great. AC actually works. 3rd time using Safeguard, 2nd time this location. Jim the manager has been @ both locations all times I have used them. Its a no brainer, rates are comparable. However I wish they had the pricing grid and fee schedule posted alongside online promos. The place is safe.
Jim was incredibly helpful and made the whole process seamless while effectively communicating throughout. Nice, clean and well kept facility.
This is my first time dealing with any kind of Self Storage and Jim covered all the bases: friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very prepared to address all concerns regarding Self Storage 101. If this company ever need to make a YouTube video for self storage training, Jim is already trained to do so at any time.
1 Star — Loyalty Apparently Comes With a Penalty I am absolutely disgusted by the way Safeguard Self Storage treats long-term customers. I started renting my unit in September 2020 for $110 per month. Nearly six years later, after NEVER missing or being late on a payment, I received a letter casually informing me that my monthly charge is increasing to $657.
