I have been with this place since before current managers. I love this couple. They FIXED the potholes as was planned. I had asked when I first met them. Great people. I saw the negative review. I have been there longer than previous negative poster. They are addressing all the issues. Moth balls takes care of unwanted tenants. That was an issue before they got there.
