This company was recommended by my realtor (recently bought a house). One week after closing I discovered: 1. Infestation of roaches 2. Water leak from 3 windows in the garage 3. Significant water damage to the interior wall of the garage which looks like mold is starting to build there 4. All of the window screens are off the windows. 5.
