As your son my review may be considered to be biased by some, but if you are really interested in a quality home inspection you need to not think twice about Tom. So many years of knowledge and experience packed into one guy (30 years) is something you just do not find everyday. Protect you investment and get the best.

As a Professional Engineer, I am personally humbled by his knowledge, work product and experience. He has done over 11,000 inspections over the years. I can’t remember the last time he did an inspection for me or a client where he didn’t teach me something about residential construction and issues that can arise. He basically works anywhere in the Central Florida market. His fee is very reasonable for an inspection, which usually last anywhere from 4-6 hours at the home. Tom is one of the best home inspectors you will find.He did my new home construction warranty inspection this year, and we were amazed to find the things that needed correction by the builder of the home.We had radiant barrier that had been pulled down to access roof decking areas in concealed areas of the attic, and even an active leak where a nail pop from the roof decking came back up through the shingles near a valley.I can’t recommend Tom enough to anyone needing a truly thorough inspector who knows exactly what he is l... read more
