I appreciate his attention to detail and patience when answering the many questions of a first time home buyer. I HIGHLY recommend them for any inspection they perform. Frank has now done two inspections for me (saved me from purchasing a home I thought was fine). You will first speak with Diana who is amazing. Any initial questions you have will be answered and I had no problems with scheduling. Frank was early for both inspections. First Choice did two property inspections for me. Frank was AMAZING and saved me from purchasing a bad property. Very professional, excellent communication and timely. I’m a disabled vet and they honored me by giving a great discount. To all veterans, Frank is who you want to use, hands down.
First Choice is by far the best home inspection for the price. Other home inspectors get it done way to quick and miss small problems, but frank takes his time for every customer, ensuring that you will find any problem, no matter how small. After the inspection, you also recieve the report really fast covering the entire inspection. First choice will for sure, be my first choice and recommendation again and again. 5/5
