Frank was very thorough—he found several items including a nail puncture in the roof many inspectors would have missed. He produced an amazing 34-page report complete with photos and comments on all items. I would recommend First Choice Home Inspection Services and book with them again.
set an appointment for 8:00am Monday on Weds of the previous week (1st one of the morning), because I am a Realtor and had to be at another inspection at 10:30. I was too get a call at 7:30am to let me know he was on the way. I called at 7:53 and was told he was running 10 to 15 minutes late. At 8:15 I get a call, that he will be here at 9:30, because he thought the appointment at 9am. Frank is an incredible inspector he is very thorough about his inspections, he goes through every aspect of the house inside and out.
