Safe harbor has become my nightmare of a "mental health facility". They add excess stress and anxiety to my life that is hard enough on a day to day basis as is. My experience started off great years ago. But has been nothing but a shit storm of late refills, lack of communication and lack of respect as a human being. No one deserves to be treated the way their employees treat people.
Privitation of mental health was a fucking joke! Safeharbor, is NON caring big business & do not give a shit about anything except money! You tell people to be there first thing in the morning at 7:45 am & they will be the first in... 2 hours later they are still waiting & that is great for a person suffering from Depression & Anxiety!! Seriously, get a Fucking Clue!! You make these people suffer, more than is needed!!
I really appreciated the staff, I see these bad reviews about the staff, but I had a good time there. They worked me through some difficult things & I came out feeling a lot better than when I went in. I would recommend it to friends. There are rules. But it's for a good cause.
Can't get prescriptions on time and my grand child has to miss school until they decide to fill them. Use to be a great place for help but not anymore. If anyone needs help please go somewhere else they will not help you.
They don't return calls for scheduling and they aren't friendly like they use to be... The place went to hell after Dr Behan left to work at the VA hospital.
they need to re evaluate the call in process because I know a few that have called to set appointment and still after a week haven't been called back why are we calling for appts any way?
