I called to ask for information on a vehicle and requested an out the door price. The person on the phone was rude and did not listen to my request All he he would say is the car is in excellent condition, which I agree on based on the pictures. I asked if we could come to agreement to secure the car for purchase assuming the car is as advertised. I was NO and then hung up on. Very rude and unprofessional

Dealer never responded to the CarGurus message, so I called. When I asked about the car he rudely states its sold and hung up. Too bad for him. I had cash in hand and the vehicle is still listed for sale on CarGurus along with 3 other similar BMWs. I must have caught him on a bad day where he didn't want to make a sale of any kind LMFAO!

This BMW was sold the same day customer called our dealership, it takes 2 days for vehicle be removed from online listing, just too hard to believe that any individual willing to damage business with one star review for a simple honest fact that the merchandise was sold prior his call !! .
Will not negotiate online. Poor communication. Gives typical response that "vehicle is available" So i went to another dealer cash in hand.
Honest with the financing of the vehicle. I appreciate that.
I couldn’t get the loan, but Christopher went the extra mile for me. Very honest dealer, would buy a car from him in the future!
They were very good it got a little heated at times but that’s just the way the car Business Goes
