Though the two offices are associated with each other, Monarch Healthcare considers them separate practices. I know that that the Saddleback Family and Urgent Care in Lake Forest takes all Monarch patients regardless of who is listed as the PCP on your card. Their office is off of Lake Forest Dr and I think the cross road is Rockfield. It's in the center by the car dealer... read more

Excellent! I have been going to this clinic for the past several months...everyone there from the front office staff to NP to doctors are wonderful, particularly Dr. Stouder...
Horable comeplete idiots These people were rude and refused service to my wife with a fever and an infection. This clinic is part of the Monarch heath system. We changed our insurance from Blue Cross to Blue Shield. Blue Shield mistakenly put our wrong doctor down that does not belong to this clinic. Blue Shield sent authorzation to Monarch and this clinic would not accept a fax from Blue Shield and Monarch for authorazation. Monarch screwed up and threw away 2 of the 3 faxes because they thought they were the same authoraza... read more
Great Doctor's Office I have been impressed with how friendly and professional the place is for an "urgent care" They have been my family's doctors for three years now. I switched because I could never get into my regular doctor when I needed her. She's nice but the doctor's here are just as nice and can do things she can't - like xrays and stitches even on the weekends. I recommend calling for an appt if you can because they often are busy but I like being able drop by and be seen the same day I get sick. Even then I'm usua... read more
disgusting and dangerous I don't know how the doctors are because I was refused service there. I had a 102 fever, I looked flushed and I was almost delirious. My insurance is compatible with that clinic but because I had arrived there 10 minutes later (7:42 instead of 7:30), I was denied assistance or care by the person at the front desk. All the resources I had checked (website of the clinic, voice message) said the place closes at 8pm. Family patient of 20+ years We've been using the Saddleback Urgent care center in Mission Viejo for our primary medical needs for the past 20 years. We've gotten to know every doctor, every nurse-practitioner, and every aide. The care there is excellent. The doctors are all knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to listen to you. Having an x-ray facility on site is very handy, too. And being able to see your doctor anytime seven days a week is phenomenal. Excellent I really love the doctors there. I usually have to go two or three times a year. I trust the care I get there. I've been to other places but often left without really knowing what was wrong and why I got the prescription I did. It's often busy but I take that as a sign that others feel the way I do. I've been to the ER's in the area but never got the same quality of care that I routinely get at the Saddleback Urgent Care. Great Urgent Care ! My family and I have been patients of Saddleback and Family Urgent Care in Mission Viejo since we moved here from the midwest 12 years ago. We love the place! The doctors and Tory are very friendly and caring. They correctly diagnosed my appendicitis when I thought I had the stomach flu. My whole family over the years have been seen for the assorted illnesses and fractures. It is convenient that they have xrays on premises and are open on weekends and open til 8 pm most days.
