The doctors and nurses here are terrific. Dr. David Smith and his staff are wonderful. He was able to do unexpected surgery yesterday on my infected ankle and is caring and kind. Mason is terrific too!! Highly recommend Sacred Heart.
I had a bad experience with the ER and my overnight stay. I have called and spoke to 2 people and get passed around. I am trying to contact someone in upper management/executive to explain this, but cannot find any information who to call. This bad experience occurred 25 - 26 July 2019. any help on who to call would be appreciated.
Your system is broken at Walgreens clinics. Logistically - the decision to not have a live person doing check in’s is completely dysfunctional. I arrived at 11:30 - wait for a walk in was 3 HOURS. So I made an appt for 2:55. I arrive at appt time to find out my appt has been deleted. I am here an hour later - still waiting to be seen. Broken system. Needs fixing. Send help. SOS.

You have Destroyed my friends life and have refused to even admit fault. Let alone attempt to help or pay for your mistake. Tim posted months ago. In 2017 I was overdosed in the ER which caused my heart to stop. Even though I was revived I ended up spending 9 days in the ICU. During which time they failed to give me my regular blood pressure medication which caused me to lose kidney function. Consequently I ended up back on dialysis after being off for two years. They can not improve if they do not stop overdosing patients. Since being seen in Sacret Heart when Timothy Bonds was overdosed by staff, DIED, and brought back to life, he has had constant issues with his health due to the "care" that Sacred Heart provided him. Since then they refuse to take any responsibility or even speak with him to resolve issues, they ignore him and have now blocked him from their site to commenting. They overdosed my friend on BP meds, caused his heart to stop, which then caused his kidney to fail and now he is on dialysis 3 times a week and cannot work. Because of their irresponsibility, my friend lost his job and his home and he cannot work due to his condition The hospital refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. And they claim themselves to represent the Sisters charitable concept? No, far from it. #whataboutTim
