Accompanied husband and daughter to dental....only for exams. The Clinic looks different now. The parking sucks! We had to park on the across the street almost to the corner. My feet ache as it is.....
The behaviors of front desk Tina and Hope has to be the worst ever. Anastasia made my appt for November 28th Hope called leaving a message stating it was the 29th. I called her and let her know my appt was that day only to be told no it's tomorrow! Upon arriving I showed Anastasia the cover letter which she wrote the date and time being for the 28th, I have tried from Dec14, 2016 to today Jan 2, 2017 to get thru their automation which is ridiculous as to get to MA Eddy even...Continue Reading
